Alongside my coaching activity, I support organisations as a Consultant, Non-Executive Director and Board Member, focusing on strategic growth, partnership development and talent acquisition & development.
Distribution for Australian Pet Insurer.
Over six months, I worked to identify industry distribution partners and built a prospecting system to manage communications; the project was handed over to a Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager whom I recruited as part of the handover process.
Exit Surveys & Outplacement.
I've supported numerous organisations with the strategy, systems and implementation of Exit Surveys to combat attrition and conducted hundreds of exit interviews to develop insights into why people leave organisations.
I design and deliver Outplacement services to support redundancy and restructure projects.
Wine Sales.
I have represented an organic wine producer, building prospect lists and delivering tastings to potential clients to secure distribution in Australia and internationally. I supported the brand at industry events to present the product to trade and the public, identified and secured e-commerce partnerships, and built out their social footprint.
Board Member.
As a not-for-profit Board Member, I contribute to the organisation's strategic direction with a special interest in marketing and member experience. As Treasurer, I am responsible for maintaining accurate accounts and ensuring that financial risks are properly managed.
